Salg\u0131n kaynakl\u0131 toplu alanlarda bulunma endi\u015fesiyle talepte ya\u015fanan art\u0131\u015f, g\u00fcnl\u00fck ev kiralamaya y\u00f6nelik arz\u0131 da do\u011frudan etkiledi.<\/p>\n<p>\n\t<strong>Pazardaki gelir y\u0131l sonunda 1 trilyon dolar\u0131 a\u015facak<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\n\tStatista 2023 verilerine g\u00f6re, g\u00fcnl\u00fck ev kiralamalar\u0131 pazar\u0131ndaki gelirin bu y\u0131l 1,02 trilyon dolara ula\u015fmas\u0131 bekleniyor.<\/p>\n<p>\n\tGelirin 2027 y\u0131l\u0131nda ise 1,29 trilyon dolar tutar\u0131nda bir pazar hacmine ula\u015fmas\u0131 \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcyor.<\/p>\n<p>\n\tTatil kiralamalar\u0131 pazar\u0131nda da kullan\u0131c\u0131 say\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n 2027&#8217;ye kadar 13,61 milyon kullan\u0131c\u0131ya ula\u015fmas\u0131 bekleniyor.<\/p>\n<p>\n\tG\u00fcnl\u00fck ev kiralamalar\u0131n\u0131n, toplam konaklama i\u00e7erisindeki oran\u0131n\u0131n bu y\u0131l y\u00fczde 14,6 olarak ger\u00e7ekle\u015fece\u011fi ve bu oran\u0131n 2027&#8217;de y\u00fczde 15,5&#8217;e \u00e7\u0131kaca\u011f\u0131 tahmin ediliyor.<\/p>\n<p>\n\t<strong>ABD birinci s\u0131rada<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\n\t2023 Mart ay\u0131 itibar\u0131yla g\u00fcnl\u00fck kiral\u0131k ev pazar\u0131na ili\u015fkin arz rakamlar\u0131 incelendi\u011finde, Amerika Birle\u015fik Devletleri 1 milyon 419 bin 52 evle bu pazarda birinci s\u0131rada yer al\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<p>\n\tABD&#8217;yi 806 bin 138 evle Fransa, 564 bin 138 evle \u0130talya, 427 bin 971 evle Brezilya, 405 bin 113 evle \u0130spanya takip ediyor.<\/p>\n<p>\n\t<strong>T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;de arzda birinci, rezervasyonda ikinci s\u0131rada<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\n\tG\u00fcnl\u00fck kiral\u0131k 110 bin 857 ev bulunan T\u00fcrkiye ise 14&#8217;\u00fcnc\u00fc s\u0131rada yer ald\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>\n\tT\u00fcrkiye&#8217;de 2021&#8217;den 2023&#8217;e kadar g\u00fcnl\u00fck kiral\u0131k ev arz\u0131 y\u00fczde 97 artt\u0131. Bu oranla T\u00fcrkiye, bu d\u00f6nem i\u00e7in g\u00fcnl\u00fck kiral\u0131k ev arz miktar\u0131ndaki oransal art\u0131\u015f listesinde zirveye yerle\u015fti.<\/p>\n<p>\n\tG\u00fcnl\u00fck kiral\u0131k ev rezervasyonu art\u0131\u015f\u0131nda 2022-2023 d\u00f6neminde y\u00fczde 64&#8217;le Tayland ilk, y\u00fczde 63 art\u0131\u015fla da T\u00fcrkiye ikinci s\u0131rada bulunuyor.
