Konut sat\u0131\u015flar\u0131 10 ayda ge\u00e7en y\u0131l\u0131n ayn\u0131 d\u00f6nemine g\u00f6re y\u00fczde 14,3 azal\u0131\u015f g\u00f6sterdi.<\/p>\n<p>\n\tArsa, tarla ve ticari gayrimenkul sat\u0131\u015flar\u0131 ise 10 ayda 1 milyon 426 bin 146 adetle t\u00fcm zamanlar\u0131n en y\u00fcksek ocak-ekim d\u00f6nemi rakam\u0131na ula\u015ft\u0131. Ge\u00e7en y\u0131l\u0131n ayn\u0131 d\u00f6neminde bu rakam 1 milyon 391 bin 787 olarak ger\u00e7ekle\u015fmi\u015fti. Art\u0131\u015f oran\u0131 y\u00fczde 2,5 oldu. Konuttaki azal\u0131\u015fa ra\u011fmen di\u011fer gayrimenkul t\u00fcrlerindeki y\u00fckseli\u015f dikkati \u00e7ekti.<\/p>\n<p>\n\tArsa, tarla ve ticari gayrimenkul sat\u0131\u015f say\u0131lar\u0131 ocak-ekim d\u00f6nemleri baz al\u0131nd\u0131\u011f\u0131nda 2021&#8217;de 1 milyon 176 bin, 2020&#8217;de 1 milyon 17 bin, 2019&#8217;da 828 bin, 2018&#8217;de ise 1 milyon 14 bin \u015feklindeydi.<\/p>\n<p>\n\tToplam sat\u0131\u015flar i\u00e7erisinde konut d\u0131\u015f\u0131 gayrimenkullerin pay\u0131 ilk kez y\u00fczde 58,9&#8217;a ula\u015f\u0131rken, ekimde bu oran rekor k\u0131rarak y\u00fczde 62,2 oldu. Ocak-ekim d\u00f6nemi konut d\u0131\u015f\u0131 sat\u0131\u015flar\u0131n pay\u0131 \u00f6nceki 5 y\u0131lda y\u00fczde 44,3 ile y\u00fczde 54,5 aras\u0131ndayd\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>\n\t<strong>&#8220;Ticari gayrimenkullere ilgi artt\u0131&#8221;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\n\tBilgi\u00e7ler Yap\u0131 Y\u00f6netim Kurulu \u00dcyesi Ali Emre Bilgi\u00e7, T\u00fcrkiye ekonomisinin kalbinin att\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u0130stanbul&#8217;da son d\u00f6nemde ticari gayrimenkul projelerinin in\u015fas\u0131nda g\u00f6zle g\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcr bir art\u0131\u015f ya\u015fand\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirterek, artan talebi kar\u015f\u0131lamaya y\u00f6nelik planlanan projelerin, yeni ticari anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131n ihtiya\u00e7lar\u0131na da cevap verecek \u015fekilde tasarland\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6yledi.<\/p>\n<p>\n\tMega kentte art\u0131k toplu i\u015f merkezlerinin daha \u00e7ok ilgi g\u00f6rd\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc kaydeden Bilgi\u00e7, kendilerinin de bu y\u00fczden ak\u0131ll\u0131 ticaret ve i\u015f merkezleri projelerini hayata ge\u00e7irdiklerini anlatt\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>\n\t\u00d6zellikle otopark\u0131 bulunan, depreme kar\u015f\u0131 dayan\u0131kl\u0131, b\u00fcy\u00fck t\u0131rlar\u0131n kolayca yana\u015fabildi\u011fi, enerji verimlili\u011fine sahip ak\u0131ll\u0131 i\u015f merkezlerine talebin y\u00fcksek oldu\u011funu ifade eden Bilgi\u00e7, perakende sekt\u00f6r\u00fcndeki \u00e7e\u015fitllili\u011fin ve de\u011fi\u015fimin bu talebin art\u0131\u015f\u0131nda etkili oldu\u011funu bildirdi.<\/p>\n<p>\n\tTicari gayrimenkullerin kullan\u0131c\u0131s\u0131na sundu\u011fu avantajlardan bahseden Bilgi\u00e7, &#8220;Ticari gayrimenkul yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131, sa\u011flad\u0131\u011f\u0131 pek \u00e7ok avantajla yat\u0131r\u0131mc\u0131lar\u0131n dikkatini \u00e7ekmeye devam ediyor.
