{"id":7397,"date":"2024-04-03T15:45:38","date_gmt":"2024-04-03T12:45:38","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/es-exchange.com\/haberler\/?p=7397"},"modified":"2024-04-03T15:45:38","modified_gmt":"2024-04-03T12:45:38","slug":"yapi-denetim-firmalarina-97-milyon-lira-ceza","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/es-exchange.com\/haberler\/?p=7397","title":{"rendered":"Yap\u0131 denetim firmalar\u0131na 97 milyon lira ceza"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"news-content\">\n<p>\n\tBakanl\u0131ktan yap\u0131lan a\u00e7\u0131klamaya g\u00f6re, Yap\u0131 \u0130\u015fleri Genel M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc, \u00fclke genelinde yap\u0131 denetimlerini ve bu denetim hizmetlerini y\u00fcr\u00fcten firma ile laboratuvarlara ili\u015fkin incelemelerini aral\u0131ks\u0131z s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fcyor.<\/p>\n<p>\n\tBu kapsamda, il m\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fckleri ekipleri taraf\u0131ndan \u00fclke genelinde hizmet veren 2 bin 543 yap\u0131 denetim ile 485 laboratuvar kurulu\u015flar\u0131n\u0131n yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 denetimler ayr\u0131nt\u0131l\u0131 \u015fekilde incelendi. 2001 y\u0131l\u0131ndan bug\u00fcne kadar \u015fantiyelerde 104 bin 856, b\u00fcrolarda 49 bin 826 ve laboratuvarlarda 2 bin 379 kez denetim yap\u0131ld\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>\n\tYap\u0131 denetim i\u015flerini usul\u00fcne uygun \u015fekilde yapmayan kurulu\u015flara 5 bin 926 kez idari para cezas\u0131 uyguland\u0131. Bu denetimler sonucunda g\u00f6revini usul\u00fcne uygun yapmayan yap\u0131 denetim firmalar\u0131na 85,5 milyon lira, laboratuvar firmalar\u0131na ise 11,5 milyon lira idari para cezas\u0131 uygulan\u0131rken; 3 bin 165 kez de yeni i\u015f almaktan men cezas\u0131 uyguland\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>\n\t<strong>&#8220;Kurallar\u0131n d\u0131\u015f\u0131na \u00e7\u0131k\u0131lmas\u0131na m\u00fcsaade etmiyoruz&#8221;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\n\tBakan Mehmet \u00d6zhaseki de konuya ili\u015fkin a\u00e7\u0131klama yaparak, Bakanl\u0131k olarak imar ve in\u015fa faaliyetlerini \u00e7ok s\u0131k\u0131 bir \u015fekilde denetlediklerini kaydetti.<\/p>\n<p>\n\tYap\u0131lan yasal d\u00fczenlemeleri teknolojik b\u00fct\u00fcn imkanlar\u0131 seferber ederek sahada titiz bir \u015fekilde takip ettiklerini belirten \u00d6zhaseki, &#8220;Bu anlamda yap\u0131 denetim firmalar\u0131na dair de s\u00fcrekli bir kontrol s\u00fcreci i\u00e7erisindeyiz.
